The No Budget Film Festival

role: creative director | event producer

Beg, borrow or steal: The No Budget Film Festival in Los Angeles encouraged filmmakers of all levels to make something from nothing. In the festival’s 6-year run, some of the best indie films were screened in LA’s indie theater circuit: From Iowa to Iran, the entries hailed from around the globe, showcasing the world’s most daring indie voices.

The frequently sold out, red carpet, industry-heavy festival packed a punch featuring all-star panels, networking for the non-stuffy set, parties parties parties, and of course, screenings showcasing the best in cutting-edge innovative work from a collection of daring emerging international filmmakers. NBFF was designed for the filmmaker, by people who love filmmakers.
